Non-Transferable Sales Agreement

All puppies sold as pet quality. No breeding rights given or inferred. Buyer agrees to have puppy spayed/neutered by 10 months of age by licensed veterinarian, for boys and 12 months for girls.
· Your new puppy is guaranteed to be free of any genetic defects for two years from date of purchase.
· Buyer will have puppy examined by a licensed Veterinarian within SEVEN days. If your veterinarian should find anything wrong with your new puppy Seller must be contacted within 24 hours. COMPLAINT MUST BE accompanied by all paper work FROM THE VET.. Veterinarian'S statement, and all paperwork received with puppy sent to me.. ALL SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. A replacement puppy will be given from the next available litter. Seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses.
· AGAIN, ALL SHIPPING IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE BUYER. Please note injuries are not covered by any guarantee after he is in your possession .For covered problems a new puppy will be given. No money refunded.Please NOTE I do NOT hold any puppies without a deposit.· Your new puppy will be kept in a safe, clean, dry, climate-controlled environment suitable for his/her age and breed. He/She will be fed quality, nutritious, food suitable for his/her age and breed in proper amounts. This is a small breed and may require several small meals per day. He/she can not be left alone for long periods of time . If you have to be gone several hours you must get a sitter till he or she about 6 months old. At this age they get verry lonesome when left alone. You can't trust him or her to eat if he is lonesome and sad.
·I have read, understand and agree to this sales agreement. If all conditions of this agreement are not followed, guarantee is void. This is a non-transferable agreement.
